The TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN -

Order! The honorable member will deal with the bill, not with the Minister.

Mr CLYDE CAMERON (HINDMARSH, SOUTH AUSTRALIA) - It is almost impossible to deal with the bill without having something to say about the Minister who drafted the bill.

The TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN - 1 say it is.

Mr CLYDE CAMERON (HINDMARSH, SOUTH AUSTRALIA) - If you say that, your ruling is final, and I have no alternative but to rest on my oars and leave it to the good sense of the Minister to stand up and publicly admit that he is wrong, and that he is nothing more or less than a plaything of one of the parties I have mentioned.
