Mr DRUMMOND (NEW ENGLAND, NEW SOUTH WALES) - Has the attention of the Minister for External Affairs been drawn to reported comments by the head of the government of Soviet Russia on the question of West New Guinea? Are the reported comments of the head of the Russian Government consistent with the attitude to colonial peoples within the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and in satellite countries, particularly in central Europe, and more especially in Hungary?
