Mr TOWNLEY (DENISON, TASMANIA) (Minister for Immigration) - I cannot answer the honorable member's question offhand, because it involves far too many figures, but 1 shall be pleased to let him have any statistics that are available. The only figure that comes readily to my mind is that, of all the people recruited for the rural industries during the last three or four years, about 70 per cent, have been new settlers from other countries.
