Mr SPEAKER (Hon John McLeay (BOOTHBY, SOUTH AUSTRALIA) - I desire to inform the House that, accompanied by honorable members, I waited today upon His Excellency the GovernorGeneral at Government House, and presented to him the Address-in-Reply to His Excellency's Speech on the opening of the second session of the Twenty-second Parliament, agreed to by the House on 28th March. His Excellency was pleased to make the following reply: -

Mr. Speaker,

Thank you for your Address-in-Reply which you have just presented to me.

It will afford me much pleasure to convey to Her Most Gracious Majesty The Queen the Message of Loyalty from the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, to which the Address gives expression.
