Mr HAMILTON (CANNING, WESTERN AUSTRALIA) - Following on a reply by the Minister for Primary Industry to a question of mine yesterday, when he said that farmers need to do some re-thinking and planning to produce goods of quality, I now ask him whether his attention has been directed to comments made at the recent conference of the New South Wales branch of the Australian Primary Producers Union to the effect that butter sales in the United Kingdom are suffering from poor quality and inappropriate marketing and advertising arrangements. Can the Minister inform me whether official reports confirm these statements?
