Sir ARTHUR FADDEN (MCPHERSON, QUEENSLAND) (Treasurer) - Answering the last part of the question first, this concerns a matter of policy that will be disclosed in due course. With regard to the first part of the question, no information has been withheld from me. 1 have chaired all the conferences that have taken place between the banks and the Government. There is no need for any secrecy in connexion with this matter, any more than there is need for secrecy about happenings at Labour caucus meetings.
