Mr FREETH (FORREST, WESTERN AUSTRALIA) - As there still seems to be some misunderstanding in Western Australia about eligibility for the unemployment benefit, will the Minister for Labour and National Service make perfectly clear the conditions laid down in the act under which persons may accept casual employment before being disqualified from receipt of the benefit? Do these conditions show the allegations of the honorable member for Stirling to be malicious and irresponsible?
