Mr TURNBULL (MALLEE, VICTORIA) - The Minister for Primary Industry will recall that last year I addressed a question to him regarding the setting up in Australia of a national disaster insurance scheme, and that he then said that he would make investigations into the matter. Does the Minister know that such a scheme has operated successfully in New Zealand for the past twelve years?

Mr Ward - I rise to order, Mr. Speaker. The honorable member for Mallee is giving information in the form of a question. I ask you to take the same action in this case as you did in mine.
