Mr COSTA (BANKS, NEW SOUTH WALES) - My question, which is addressed to the Prime Minister, relates to a report on railway gauge standardization by a committee set up by Government members. Incidentally, the Opposition prepared a similar report. Those reports were presented to the Parliament on 31st October of last year. Did the Prime Minister read those reports, which recommended, as a first step, the construction of a standardgauge railway from Albury to Melbourne at a cost of £10,000,000? Does the Government intend to implement those recommendations? If so, when does it intend to move in the matter?
