Mr HAROLD HOLT (HIGGINS, VICTORIA) - I rise to order. I understand that the Standing Orders of the House relating to questions provide, first, that names of persons shall not be mentioned in questions, and, secondly, that notice must be given of questions regarding the conduct of persons other than Ministers or members of the House. 1 suggest that, under the circumstances, the proper course would be for the honorable member for Wills to place his question on the noticepaper.
