Mr OSBORNE (Evans) (Minister for Customs and Excise) . - I understand that the amount raised will be paid into general revenue and can be offset in that way against the heavy government costs involved in the introduction of television.

Mr CLYDE CAMERON (HINDMARSH, SOUTH AUSTRALIA) - Will it go to the private television companies?

Mr OSBORNE - Of course not.
