Mr WARD (EAST SYDNEY, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I ask the Prime Minister whether the subject matters listed for the conference which the right honorable gentleman has arranged with the State Premiers for next month include control of prices, profits, and capital issues, and the regulation of interest rates. Does the Commonwealth propose to make any recommendations to the conference? If so, what are they? If no agenda has been arranged and no recommendations are to be submitted by the Commonwealth, what is the precise purpose for which the conference is being convened?
