Dr EVATT (Barton) (Leader of the Opposition) . - I shall keep the House only a moment or so. I wish to put before the Minister the need to look afresh at the questions that we have raised. As he will agree, the bill simply authorizes the handing over of certain powers. The great work lies ahead, and I hope that the Minister will consider the future in the light of the arguments that he has heard this afternoon for the firsttime. I do not want to repeat what has been said, but our arguments have been dealt with summarily, and in an unsatisfactory way.
