Mr MENZIES (KOOYONG, VICTORIA) (Prime Minister) - The precise nature of the proposals to be made, and the arguments to be advanced, have yet to be settled by Cabinet. It would, therefore, be premature for me to say whether there will be any opportunity for discussion of them in this House. I have no doubt that there will be abundant discussion in the meeting itself.
