Mr HAMILTON (SWAN, WESTERN AUSTRALIA) - -When the Minister for Commerce and Agriculture released the report on the egg industry on the 18th May last he stated that an approach had been made to the United Kingdom Government to persuade it to agree to an upward trend in the price that it would pay for eggs under its contract. Has the Minister had any word from the United Kingdom Government with respect to that aspect of its agreement ? If not, what stage have those negotiations reached?
