Mr FRANCIS - In to-day's press appears a report indicating that £4,000,000 is being made available by the British Admiralty as prize money to be distributed amongst naval and air force personnel who participated in the capture of prizes on the high seas during the war. The distribution of this money is to be made according to rank, individual amounts ranging from £4 to £40. I understand that each dominion is to share in this disbursement and I should like to know what sum will be made available to Australia and when payments will be made.
