Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER - Order ! Does the Minister claim that he has been misrepresented ?

Mr CALWELL - Yes. According to that report, an interjection was allegedly made by the honorable member for Henty, as follows: -

Was that when you were talking about sixbobaday murderers?

If that remark is intended as a reflection upon myself or any member of the Labour ' party,, it is grossly offensive. It is an outrageous lie and a shocking exhibition of bad taste in every way.

Mr McEwen - The Minister is not making a personal explanation.

Mr CALWELL - The remark was reprehensible, in every way.

Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER -Order! Has the Minister concluded ?

Mr CALWELL - Yes ; I have finished my personal explanation.
