Mr SPENDER (Warringah) .- I hoped that the Minister for Labour and National Service (Mr. Holloway) would speak before I rose again.

Mr Holloway - I will speak.

Mr SPENDER - I am glad of that. The honorable member for Dalley (Mr. Rosevear) has engaged in his usual practice - rather unworthy of a man occupying the Speakership of the House of Representatives - making false allegations against another member for the purpose of bolstering his arguments.

Mr Rosevear - They were not false.

Mr SPENDER - I .shall deal with the honorable member in a moment. I can deal with him when he joins in committee consideration of a bill, even though his high office protects him in the House.
