Mr FRASER (EDEN-MONARO, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I ask the Minister for Commerce and Agriculture why sweet cream is excluded from subsidy paid to the dairying industry? I realize that another department is concerned in the matter, but I ask the Minister the question because persistent efforts by the Milk Zone Dairymen's Council have failed to obtain a satisfactory answer to it. As it costs asmuch to produce milk for conversion into sweet cream as to produce whole milk, and as the farmers do not know how much sweet cream they will have each week, will the Minister take action to have it included?
