Mr CHIFLEY - I have not seen the report, but if such a statement has been attributed to the British Prime Minister, I have no doubt that it is entirely incorrect. I have already answered questions similar to the second part of the honorable- member's question by saying that I consider the members of this Government to be at complete liberty to express opinions which are not at variance with the Government's general policy. I have nothing to add to that.
