Sir EARLE PAGE (Cowper) . - The House is entitled to know whether the opportunity which a debate on this order of the day would provide for the submission of grievances, will become available to honorable members later, or is to be denied to them for the remainder of this sessional period in order that all other government business may be given precedence?
