Mr HUTCHINSON (Deakin) (6:14 PM) . - I now propose to test the Minister's sincerity, following the rejection of the amendment moved by the honorable member for New England (Mr. Abbott). What I suggest is simply a drafting amendment. I am certain that the Minister does not mean any other body, but that what is intended is any other body of primary producers. I want to ascertain whether the Minister will be sensible enough to accept my suggestion, which is designed solely to improve the drafting of the clause.

Mr Scully - I do not think that such an amendment is necessary.
