Mr HUTCHINSON (Deakin) . - I understood the Minister to say that he had not definitely rejected the pro- posal contained in the amendment. I b elieve that he desires that the chairman shall be a man who is, or has been, a producer. If he thinks otherwise, I should like him to, say so. It would appear, therefore, that the Minister's objection is due to obstinacy. I hope that that is not the case, . and I again ask him to accept the amendment.
