Mr SCULLY (Gwydir) (Minister for Commerce and Agriculture) . - I am not prepared to accept the amendment. Argument in connexion with the exclusion from the stabilization scheme of the 1945-46 crop would be merely tedious repetition, the only result of which would be to delay the passage of the bill, and I do not propose to engage in it.
