Mr DEPUTY SPEAKER (Mr Riordan (KENNEDY, QUEENSLAND) - I .ask the honorable member to confine his remarks to the bill.

Mr FRANCIS - This proposal has about it the flavour of socialism, and' I object to socialism. I "was referring to the failure of socialistic control of other undertaking's. Within twelve months the Government lost £56.000 at the Coalcliff colliery.
