Mr SPEAKER (Hon J S Rosevear (DALLEY, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I have received from the Leader of the Australian Country party (Mr. Fadden) an intimation that he desires to move the adjournment of the House for the purpose of discussing a definite matter of urgent public importance, namely -

Strikes and the calamitous effect of the Government's inaction upon production, export trade, and the Australian economy generally.
