Mr FRANCIS - In view of the worldwide reputation which Canberra has achieved as a garden city, will the Prime Minister,' in the absence of the Minister for the Interior, inform the House why beautiful trees and shrubs are daily being destroyed in Canberra? Will the right honorable gentleman take immediate action to ensure the discontinuance of this unnecessary destruction?
