Mr SHEEHAN (COOK, NEW SOUTH WALES) -I ask the Prime Minister whether land sales control is to remain a permanent feature of the Australian economy. Are land sales in the city of Sydney, involving millions of pounds, being held up for adjustment in relation to the sale price? Will the right honorable gentleman consider the necessity for large-scale property transactions in Australia's post-war trade expansion, and permit wider discretionary power to be given to the delegate of the Treasurer in respect of all city land sales?
