Mr SPEAKER(Hon J S Rosevear (DALLEY, NEW SOUTH WALES) - I do not know that there is anyserious legal implication in the point raised by the honorable member; but I shall consult the AttorneyGeneral with a view to ensuring that the records shall not, be used for any purpose other than that intended. The proceedings of this House yesterday and today have been recorded merely for the purpose of testing the apparatus, because it is desired that the broadcasts shall be as nearly perfect as possible when they are first made, perhaps next Wednesday. I know of no way in whic hthe tests can be made other than by the method adopted. 1 shall consider the honorable member's suggestion about , having the records destroyed.
