Mr TURNBULL (WIMMERA, VICTORIA) (1:56 AM) . - I agree with the Minister for Commerce and Agriculture (Mr. Scully) that Ave could spend a lot of time defining " primary products " without ever completing the list. I am satisfied with what has been suggested in the comprehensive list proposed by the Attorney-General (Dr. Evatt). He does not wish to exclude any kind of primary product, if it oan be proved that it is a primary product. If an issue were made of the inclusion of any particular product, it would have to be determined in any case by the High Court. I do not think anything can be gained by prolonging this discussion. 1 believe that the definition suggested by the Attorney-General is satisfactory and that no primary product would be excluded if it could be proved to be a primary product.
