Mr SCULLY (GWYDIR, NEW SOUTH WALES) (Minister for Commerce) - I have been informed that a most serious position has developed on the south coast of New South Wales owing to the prolonged dry season. Plentiful supplies of fodder are available, and would readily be sent to that area but for the shortage of the necessary transport facilities. I shall discuss the matter with the Minister for Transport, in order to see whether special arrangements may be made for the scarcity to be relieved.
