Mr HARRISON (WENTWORTH, NEW SOUTH WALES) - Can the Treasurer tell the House why, in these days of austerity, shortage of man-power, and shortage of paper, he has permitted a book of regulations dealing with sales tax, known as the Red Book, to be printed on one side of the paper only? Does he consider that this is the right thing to do, having regard to the restrictions that have been imposed on other users of paper, some of whose publications have been reduced to a bare minimum ?
