Dr PRICE (BOOTHBY, SOUTH AUSTRALIA) - Has the Prime Minister noted the report from Canberra, published last Saturday in the South Australian press, that the Commonwealth Bank is of the opinion that £150,000,000 is the maximum that can be secured by voluntary loans, that there is a tacit agreement among honorable members of the Government to introduce compulsory savings if the present loan lags, and that, according to a Government spokesman, at least £100,000,000 of credits will be required for the budget?

In view of the right honorable gentleman's statement to the House last night, is he prepared to confirm those statements?
