Mr HARRISON (WENTWORTH, NEW SOUTH WALES) - Has the Prime Minister seen the statement published in the Sydney Daily Telegraph of Monday that the secretary of a Newcastle Jockey Club had said that he was not at all concerned with the restrictions placed on the transport of racehorses by rail as several trainers had told him that they proposed to ship their race-horses to the Newcastle race meeting? Does the Prime Minister not consider that that is a direct evasion of the regulations made to restrict the transport of race-horses? Does he propose to restrict the carriage of race-horses by ships?
