Mr JAMES (HUNTER, NEW SOUTH WALES) -Has the AttorneyGeneral yet reached a decision regarding the representations which I made to him for the appointment of a conciliation commissioner to hear the complaints of employees of the mines rescue stations, and of theColliery Staff Association, among whom there is much discontent in the absence of an Arbitration Court award? Has the Attorney-General yet reached a decision regarding the payment to mine workers of the penalty rate when they worked on May Day instead of Labour Day?
