Mr CONELAN (GRIFFITH, QUEENSLAND) - When a soldier is absent without leave, his pay is stopped, but the allowances payable to his dependants are continued. Will the Minister for the Army rectify this anomaly without delay, so that men who do the right thing will not be penalized ?
