Dr PRICE (BOOTHBY, SOUTH AUSTRALIA) - Does the Prime Minister regard as a matter of urgency the taking of the referendum to which the Treasurer referred in his budget speech ? Moreover, is the right honorable gentleman in a position to inform the House of the specific proposals which the Government considers should be submitted to the people at such referendum, and will he indicate whether it is intended that the referendum shall be taken separately or in conjunction with a federal election?
