Mr WILSON (WIMMERA, VICTORIA) - I ask the Minister for Commerce whether some direction might be given to the Central Wool Committee with a view to remedying the anomalies arising from the differences between the scales of appraisement values for low and high grades of wool, with particular reference to cross-bred wool, which the producers claim to be not getting a " fair crack " on present valuations ? Approximately 4'3 per cent, of the wool produced in Victoria is cross-bred.
