Mr SCULLY (GWYDIR, NEW SOUTH WALES) (Minister for Commerce) - That matter has occupied the attention of the Agricultural Council, whichis now meeting in Canberra. We have reached a definite understanding. Arrangements have been made in regard to the rationing of superphosphates and I shall make an early statement on the subject to the House.
