Mr BEASLEY - Action has already been taken in Western Australia against those members of the Australia First Movement against whom sufficient evidence had been adduced to warrant the laying of a charge. The cases, I understand, were to come before the Supreme Court of that State to-day.


Mr Calwell - I referred to New South Wales.


Mr BEASLEY - The position of other persons who may be involved with the Australia First Movement is a matter that comes within the province, not of myself, but of Army Intelligence, [n those circumstances, I am not able to express an opinion upon the matter.
