Mr BEASLEY (WEST SYDNEY, NEW SOUTH WALES) (Minister for Supply and Development) - -When the matter was raised last week, I took immediate action to make available to the miners supplies of flannels which were destined for the Far East. It appears to be true that a hitch has occurred, and within .the last hour the honorable member for Hunter (Mr. James) showed me a telegram dealing with the subject. I immediately telegraphed to Perth an intimation that the previous instruction shall be immediately given effect.
