Mr PATERSON (GIPPSLAND, VICTORIA) - He did not prove his case.


Mr FADDEN - The point that I desire to have established is whether it is to be the practice of this Government to place before open Parliament confidential information given under an oath of secrecy, thus making it public not only to the Parliament, but also to the country. If this is to be the practice, will the Prime Minister consider the dangerous results that will arise from it?
