Mr BRENNAN - I am not familiar with what the Parliament of New South Wales has done in that regard, and whatever it lias done will not affect my judgment of the merits of the matter. We should get on with the interests of the common people and the common soldiers of this country before we devote any further time to the class, the protection of whose interests appear to be the main business of honorable gentlemen opposite.
