Mr BRENNAN (BATMAN, VICTORIA) - In view of the somewhat conflicting official statements with regard to youths of the age of about eighteen years being required to serve in what are described by the military authorities as forward operational areas, will the Minister for the Army give an assurance to the House that the policy of the Government remains unchanged, and that young men of that age, with or without experience of military service, will not be employed in forward operations?
