Mr CONELAN (GRIFFITH, QUEENSLAND) - Has the attention of the Prime Minister been directed to the comment by the Chief Justice of New South Wales, Sir Frederick Jordan, during the hearing of the Pankhurst- Walsh case yesterday, in which His Honour reflected upon the intelligence of members of this Parliament? As the Standing Orders prohibit members of this Parliament from reflecting on the judiciary, does the right honorable gentleman regard as proper reflection by the judiciary on members of this Parliament?
