Mr MARWICK (SWAN, WESTERN AUSTRALIA) - Members' of the Volunteer Defence Corps urgently require rifles.

Mr Prowse - Honorable members are being constantly reminded of the fact.

Mr FORDE - Apart from the requests by the Volunteer Defence Corps, I have received urgent representations from farmers on the western coast of Western Australia and the north-eastern coast of Australia. All of these demands will receive consideration.
