Mr SPEAKER (Hon W M Nairn (PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA) - The honorable member for Wentworth must withdraw the remark.

Mr Harrison - I withdraw it in deference to you, Mr. Speaker.

Government Members. - Withdraw the remark without qualification.

Mr Harrison - I rise to order.I have withdrawn the remark, Mr. Speaker, at your direction, but the Prime Minister stated that he had treated the Leader of the Opposition fairer than have members of the Opposition. I submit that, as the Prime Minister is in no position to make such a declaration, it is a misstatement.
