Mr WARD - It would be a sheer waste of time to invite those who control the press in this country to endeavour to deal fairly with the workers and with workers' organizations, but I have made certain suggestions concerning what should be done. I am firmly of the opinion that action should be taken to ensure that greater publicity shall be given to breaches of awards by employers. These have occurred with great frequency, although the same amount of publicity has not been given to them as has been given to alleged breaches by the workers.
