Mr WATKINS (NEWCASTLE, NEW SOUTH WALES) - In view of the geographical position of Newcastle, the vastness of its industrial area, the necessity for the quick movement of troops in that region, and the possibility of the evacuation of the civil population, will the Minister for Supply and Development take action to ensure that the pontoons which were ordered some time ago foi1 the construction of bridges across the Hunter River north of Newcastle shall be immediately delivered?
