Mr HOLT (FAWKNER, VICTORIA) - In regard to the forthcoming industrial conference, has the Attorney-General considered the wisdom of having judges of the Arbitration Court and conciliation commissioners participating in matters of industrial controversy with persons who may be interested parties before the court on some future occasion? Has that matter been discussed with the Chief Judge of the Commonwealth Arbitration Court, or is the participation of the judges to be confined to matters of procedure before the court?
